At Parent Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
